Booking

How can I book the sauna?

Via the booking form on the website, by phone at +48 732 750 977, via WhatsApp, or by email: biuro@saunawsp.pl.

What is the minimum booking time?

The minimum booking is 2 hours.

Is a deposit required and how do I pay it?

Yes. A 50% deposit of the service value applies to every booking (Article 394 of the Polish Civil Code). The deposit can be paid by bank transfer or BLIK. The remaining amount is settled on-site — in cash, by card, or by BLIK.

Can I change the date or cancel the booking?

The date can be changed no later than 72 hours before the start of the session, subject to availability. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the session and no-shows are non-refundable.

What happens if I am late?

The time of using the facility is shortened by the delay. The price remains unchanged.

Can I extend the session on the spot?

Yes, if the next time slot is available. The extension is charged at the same hourly rate, provided the number of people remains unchanged.

Do you issue VAT invoices?

Yes, we issue VAT invoices.

Do you offer gift vouchers?

Yes. A gift voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of confirmed payment. Details can be arranged by phone or WhatsApp.

Prices

How much does sauna rental cost?

Monday–Friday: 250 PLN per hour. Saturday–Sunday: 300 PLN per hour. The price applies to a group of up to 6 people.

Is the price per person or per group?

For the whole group of up to 6 people. We do not charge per person within this limit.

What is included in the price?

Sauna, jacuzzi, pool, grill, towels, a wide selection of teas, aromatherapy, mineral water, and free parking.

How many people can use the sauna?

The base price includes up to 6 people. Each additional person above 6 is charged 50 PLN per hour. The maximum number of people in the sauna area is 10.

Does the couples offer apply on weekends?

No. The 400 PLN / 2 hours package for 2 people applies only Monday to Friday. The pool is included.

Do you offer discounts?

We offer a 10% discount on sauna rental on your birthday, valid only on the actual birthday upon showing an ID. We do not offer discounts for longer sessions or loyalty discounts.

How much is pool-only entry?

50 PLN per person for the whole day. Children up to 6 years — 30 PLN; from 7 years the full 50 PLN ticket applies. The pool is open daily 10:00–20:00, no reservation required. Admission includes the pool and relaxation zone.

Is the grill charged extra?

For guests renting the sauna, the grill is included in the price. For guests using only the pool, the grill costs 50 PLN per hour. Charcoal can be purchased on-site for 25 PLN.

Can I rent a bathrobe?

Yes, 30 PLN per bathrobe per visit.

What is inside the facility?

Finnish sauna, jacuzzi, cooling barrel, shower, pool, BBQ area, spacious relaxation room, kitchenette, bathroom, and WC.

Is the sauna really private?

Yes. The sauna area is rented exclusively for your group. The pool is a shared area and may also be used by other guests of the facility.

What type of sauna is it and what is the temperature?

Dry Finnish sauna with an electric heater. The standard temperature range is 100–110°C.

Is the pool available all year round?

The pool is seasonal — open from May to the end of October. Dimensions: 5 × 12 metres. In summer the pool is heated.

What are the opening hours?

Monday–Sunday 10:00–22:00. Pool open 10:00–20:00. The latest session start time is 20:00.

Is there parking?

Yes, free parking for 16 cars.

Stay Rules

What should I bring?

Swimsuit or swim shorts and flip-flops. Towels are included in the price. Bathrobes can be rented on-site for 30 PLN.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

Yes. You can bring your own food, drinks, and alcohol.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the facility — including cigarettes, e-cigarettes, and hookahs (shisha). Smoking is only allowed in the designated outdoor area.

Can I come with children?

Children may use the sauna, pool, and relaxation zone only under adult supervision. A pool ticket for a child up to 6 years is 30 PLN; from 7 years the full 50 PLN ticket applies.

Can I come with a pet?

Yes, we accept small miniature breed dogs — for example Yorkshire Terriers or Spitz. We do not accept large dogs.
